We check your details, usually within 1 to 2 weeks.
You receive our decision by email.
Once your application is approved, we transfer the money to your bank account.
Submit your application no later than 6 months after the course ends or after the event you want money for. After that, it is too late. Is something still missing? Then send it within the additional deadline we give you. Otherwise we will have to reject your application. A rejected application cannot be resubmitted.

If information was incorrect or proof is missing, or if the requirements were not met. In that case, you must pay the money back within 14 days. Let us know immediately if you do not start a course or drop out – or if anything important changes.
